What's the typical turnaround?
Most orders ship within 7–10 business days after art approval. We are always happy to accommodate rush orders whenever possible.
Do you have minimum quantities?
DTF starts at just 1 piece. Embroidery starts at 6 pieces. Minimum quantities for other decoration methods may vary.
Can I supply my own apparel?
Yes — we'll happily decorate customer-supplied apparel. We'll review your items to ensure they're suitable for the decoration method selected.
Do I need print-ready artwork?
Nope. Send us whatever you have. Our talented creative design team will help refine, redraw, or recreate your artwork without breaking the bank. Let us put them to work for you.
